Instead of Makélélé, The meeting was also attended by Atiba Harris, president of SKNFA – St Kitts & Nevis Football Association and Cuthbert Caines – Second Vice President and several other senior members of the SKNFA.

Claude Makélélé Sindahas, the newly appointed SKNFA Technical Advisor, previously won two Premier League championships, one Champions League, and two La Liga championships and finished second in the 2006 FIFA World Cup.

He is currently a youth coach and technical mentor at Chelsea and was previously the head coach of the Belgian First Division A club Eupen. “It was a pleasure meeting such a true legend of Football in person,” PM Terrance Drew said.

Claude Makélélé Sinda is born in Kinshasa, Zaire, the world’s largest French-speaking city (now the Democratic Republic of the Congo).

He has lived in France since he was four years old. He led FC Nantes to the French Division 1 title in 1995. He won the La Liga Cup in 2001 and 2003 and the Champions League in 2002 with the Spanish giant Real Madrid.

After leaving La Liga, Makélélé moved to Premiere League and won the Premier League title with Chelsea in 2005 and 2006 and the FA Cup in 2007.

In 2010, he won the Coupe de France with Paris Saint-Germain. He personally transformed the role of the defensive midfielder, and it became known as “the Makelele Role.”

Unfortunately, Makélélé was not a member of France’s World Cup-winning team in 1998. Then he played for France in the 2002 World Cup, which didn’t go well for the blues, and the 2006 World Cup, where they reached the Final. He is now working as a coach for Chelsea.
