Victoria, Australia: OCA announces their new CEO Anna Boltong

Victoria, Australia: Ovarian Cancer Australia (OCA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Associate Professor Anna Boltong as the Organisation’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Organisation recognised her efforts and marked several critical points on her.

OCA, Charity and Non-profit organisations working to support women affected by Ovarian Cancer. It also ensures to provide them with services and treatment. It is also an independent national organisation that takes action for people affected.

Recently, the Organisation announced their new CEO, Anna Boltong. The OCA further emphasised Anna’s potential and wisdom, which would even help her succeed Jane Hill.

Reportedly, Jane Hill has admirably led OCA for eight years. Her legacy includes building OCA’s financial position and growing its impact, including launching its Teal Support Program, a vital telehealth initiative supporting women with ovarian cancer. 

The OCA are deeply grateful for Jane’s passionate leadership and dedicated advocacy within the ovarian cancer sector to see a better future for those impacted by this disease.

Further, Meghan Speers, Chair of Ovarian Cancer Australia, also shared her remarks on Anna’s appointment. She shares, “Our people, Board and Community are so grateful for Jane’s leadership and genuine passion for our mission.”

“Anna brings a wealth of knowledge driving system change within the cancer space, and we were impressed at her approach to collaboration internally within organisations and across the sector,” Meghan continued.

In Conclusion, the OCA marked that Anna’s wisdom and knowledge will lead the organisation to achieve its goal. “With Anna’s new leadership, we are dedicated to our clear mission to support women affected by ovarian cancer,” the Organisation asserted.

On Anna’s appointment, people extended their pleasure and congratulated her. They also thanked Jane, the former CEO, who led the team for several years and welcomed Anna to the role.
