What’s the reason behind the name of Penelope Scotland Disick?

Penelope Scotland Disick (born July 8, 2012) is the daughter of Kourtney and Scott Disick. She is Mason’s younger sister, and Reign’s older sister.

Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Rob Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner all have Penelope as their niece. Certainly, she is Kris Jenner’s granddaughter and Robert Kardashian’s step-granddaughter.
