Belgium Celebrates 22nd Birthday of Princess Elisabeth Thérèse Marie Hélène

Belgium Celebrated the 22nd Birthday of Princess Elisabeth Thérèse Marie Hélène of Belgium Yesterday (Wednesday), October 25, 2023. The Country congratulated the Princess and remarked on several celebrations on the occasion.

To mark the celebration and honour Princess Elisabeth, several delegations from various Ministries, Embassies and offices celebrated the day. They remarked several key points to make the day special. The Officials also posted some updates and shared some basic keypoints on princess Elisabeth.

The Day has been marked with major significance in the nation. people celebrated the day and extended their blessings and wishings for the queen.

As per the sources shared, Princess Elisabeth Thérèse Marie Hélène is the first-born child of the Belgian Majesties King Philippe and Queen Mathilde. She holds the first position in the line of succession to the throne.

Princess Elisabeth holds the title of Duchess of Brabant and is the heir apparent to the Belgian throne. Her education has been diverse, including studies at the United World College of the Atlantic in Wales and the Royal Military Academy in Belgium. This reflects her strong sense of duty and preparation for future royal responsibilities.

Princess has already started the final year of her bachelor’s degree in History and Politics at the University of Oxford.

Elisabeth studied at St John Berchmans College in the Marollen district of Brussels, attended by her older cousins and her paternal aunt’s children, Princess Astrid of Belgium.

It was the first time a future Belgian monarch’s education had begun in Dutch.

Princess Elisabeth continued her secondary education at UWC Atlantic College in Wales in 2018. At UWC, she received her International Baccalaureate Diploma in 2020.

After her secondary school graduation in 2020, she studied Social and Military Sciences at the Royal Military Academy Belgium in Brussels.

She studied history and politics at Lincoln College, University of Oxford, in 2021. At the same time, she was also attending annual summer camps and practical and theoretical military classes at the Royal Military Academy Belgium.

Elisabeth specialises in Dutch, French, German and English language. She also volunteers to help children with learning difficulties, older people, people experiencing homelessness and those with disabilities.

Princess Elisabeth is a source of pride for Belgium with her intelligence, poise, and dedication to various causes. She represents the modern face of royalty, focused on education, sustainability, and social issues.
