They were pleasured to get an overview of this event from guest speakers Likki-Lee Pitzen, First Secretary Climate, Culture, Press at the German Embassy Bangkok and Martin Venzky-Stalling, Falling Walls Lab Thailand 2023 Lead-organizer.
They also recently shared some glimpses from the launching ceremony via their official social media handle.
Reportedly, Falling Walls Lab Thailand will take place on 26 August 2023 at the EASTIN Grand Hotel Phayathai to bring together a diverse and interdisciplinary pool of students and early-career professionals and strengthen contacts and cooperation between Germany and Thailand in science and innovation. It is open to the public.
The event is organised by the Germany Falling Walls Lab Foundation and supported by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the German Embassy, GTCC, and local partners such as several universities, the NSTDA, as well as GTCCMembers Schaeffler, Robert Bosch and VNU Asia Pacific.

On 26 August 2023, Falling Walls Lab Thailand invites students, postdocs and early-career professionals of any discipline to pitch their idea to an expert jury and the interested public in Bangkok.
If one wants to listen to 3-minute pitches, one can join Falling Walls Lab Thailand 2023 as a presenter and win a chance to fly to Berlin for the international Falling Walls Lab Finale.
