Korda Developments member Tom Stokes shares glimpses of Norton Disney trip in March 2023

West Midlands: Korda Developments member Tom Stokes shared glimpses of his recent trip to Norton Disney, United Kingdom, in March 2023; he shared that his trip was the Big One show and was one of the most fantastic trips he has ever experienced.

Korda Developments member Tom Stokes took to his social media on Saturday, April 8, 2023, and shared that his March trip was a Big One show; it was the first time he had experienced this event that went so fantastic as ever; he also met many people there and spoke about many things to many of them. He shared that the atmosphere was brilliant, making him incredibly proud to be part of such a great team at Korda.

He also shared some of Glimpses of the March trip at Norton Disney, firstly with a 36-hour trip to Billy’s lake during freezing conditions where he caught eight fish up to mid-twenty, a great result that made him experience the terrible weather at Norton Disney.

He said, “The better weather coincided with my previous trip to Pettitt’s and the first two open events Korda held up at Norton over the last few weeks. Whilst Danny and Darrell caught a load for the crowds over on Billy’s, I saw a handful of Carp from Pettitt’s topped by a couple of awesome thirty-pounders. The first is a mega common at 31.8, and the second is an incredibly fully scaled at 33.10.”

He further shared that he managed to squeeze more nights in Pettitt’s before the previous weekend’s Kaizen event, and in those few nights, he caught another thoroughly, weighing 34.8. he said Pettitt has some great carp and always enjoys his trips there. He further said that he expects these Big things from that lake in the future too.

At Last, Tom shared about his Kaizen Trip and said, “Again, what a fantastic event that was. This time I fished over on Billy’s with Dan whilst Darrell and Terry gave free casting tuitions to the crowds up the far end of the lake. “

There was a mega atmosphere over the whole weekend, and catching Carp for the masses to reel in was a huge buzz, especially when he saw some of the kids land carp, which were often bigger than anything they had ever seen on their rods. Catching Carp for kids to reel in is his new favourite pastime.

He shared that seeing the smiles on their faces was excellent and was the highlight of the weekend for him; a genuinely brilliant event, and well done to everyone involved!
