SpinOff Bulgaria introduces their esteemed Panelist Georgiv Trankov

SpinOff Bulgaria introduced their esteemed Panelist, Georgiv Trankov, to host the enlightening session on “Leading the change: SpinOff Success Stories and the EU Champions Driving Innovation.

Reportedly, the esteemed Panelist Georgiv Trankov, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Barin Sports JSC, is one of their distinguished panellists for this enlightening session. 

The SpinOff Bulgaria is a nonprofit organisation based on deep science, technology innovation and transfer in Bulgaria.

 The session on “Leading the change: SpinOff Success Stories and the EU Champions Driving Innovation took place on Thursday, September 28, 2023, from 1:30 – 2:30 PM.

As per the SpinOff Bulgaria, Georgi Trankov is a seasoned financial professional with an impressive track record spanning over 15 years in the industry. In his current role as CFO at Barin Sports JSC, a position he has held since November 2022, Georgi demonstrates exceptional financial leadership and expertise. 

Before joining Barin Sports, Georgi held several pivotal roles at UNIQA, including Head of Controlling and Financial Controlling Manager. 

His diverse experience across various sectors, including insurance, has equipped him with a deep understanding of financial management, enabling him to contribute to organisations’ growth and success significantly. 

Georgi Trankov is known for effectively communicating financial strategies and results, bridging the gap between finance and non-finance executives, and driving businesses forward. 

His academic background includes a Master’s degree in Financial Control and a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Social Security Services, both from the University of National and World Economy Sofia, Bulgaria. 

Beyond his professional endeavours, Georgi is committed to nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs. 

He serves as a mentor for the Teenovator Mentorship Programme for the 2023-2024 campaign, where he guides and empowers young minds in entrepreneurship.
