Zodiak Malawi organizes trip to Germany for their top-performing staff of 2022

Germany: The Zodiak Broadcasting Station, or Zodiak Malawi media production company in Lilongwe, is sending its top-performing staff for 2022 to Munich and Berlin in Germany in an all-offshore trip.

The Zodiac Broadcasting Station, or Zodiak Malawi, took to their social media on Monday, April 17, 2023, and shared about sending their top-performing employees of the year 2022 to Munich and Berlin in Germany in an all-expense paid offshore trip.

The Broadcasting station shared that the trip is organized to one of Europe’s exotic destinations and is one of the Zodiak Broadcasting Company’s initiatives to reward and motivate its staff. In a media release, the institution’s Human Capital Executive, Rex Kadzongwe, said that the organization regards the employees as the most valuable asset; and believes in recognizing and rewarding their employees’ hard work and dedication.

The Broadcasting station also shared that One of the employees of Zodiak Broadcasting Company is travelling to Germany. Sharon Mkandawire, the company’s Business Development Manager, expressed her gratitude and pleasure to the company and said she is excited and happy that the company recognizes their hard work and dedication.

The others travellings include Solomon Mbizi, Grey Tewete, Limbani Msyamboza, Phillip Waluza, Steve Kachepa Mwafulirwa, and Brenda Mwale. Their spouses/partners would accompany all the winners of the Broadcasting Company.

The company every year arranges these exotic trips for their hardworking and dedicated employees, who are always active and passionate about bringing something revolutionary or change to the company.
