Famous American Singer Judith Hill, Second big name on ‘A TO Jazz 2023’ schedule

The famous American singer and songwriter Judith Hill, from Los Angeles, California, is probably the only musician to name Michael Jackson, Elton John, Spike Lee, Prince and John Legend among those who have sought her talent. Her singing career is worthy of the encyclopedia “Who is Who? “among the biggest names in the music world.

Judith Hill’s rise to fame is recounted in the Oscar-winning documentary 20 Feet from Stardom, which won her a Grammy for contributing to the film’s soundtrack.
Her debut album, “Back in Time”, was produced by Prince, who became her mentor and friend. He talks about Hill’s childhood and the golden age of funk and soul music. The singer has released three more studio albums, including her autobiographical musical confession “Baby, I’m Hollywood“, released a year ago.

“I wanted to portray Hollywood as a woman who survived.” I have been through many highs and lows in my career, and the show must go on. The message is to be consistent, bring all your pain and your personal story onto the stage,” she added while remarking about her experience on the stage.

It was him that she would perform on stage at A to JazZ, in her family’s great musical company and the legendary Hammond organ B3.
The funk-soul wave on the third festival night on July 8 will start with the energizing music of the youth of Funkilicious.

The most promising artist of the Bulgarian pop, R&B and jazz scene – Krista, will present herself for the first time on a big stage with her debut album “At Home”. The outstanding Slovak saxophonist Nikola Bankov, who released his first album, “Dream Chaser, ” and legendary trumpeter Randy Brecker, arrived in our country last year.
