St. Kitts & Nevis: The moment of honor was highlighted when Dr. Terrance Drew, the prime minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, was included on the list of the most significant and influential leaders of 2023.
Even the prime minister expressed his gratitude for being included on such a list in this regard. Every leader on the list of the top Caribbean leaders has made a substantial contribution to the good changes that have occurred in the Caribbean. It has five leaders in total.

Ralph Gonsalves, the prime minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines,
Terrance Drew, the prime minister of St. Kitts and Nevis
Roosevelt Skerrit, Dominica’s prime minister
Focusing on St. Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister Terrance Drew, he was elected in 2022 and, remarkably, in a relatively short time, he has moved the nation in the direction of progress. This even contributed to St. Kitts and Nevis’s rehabilitation.
In reference to the republic movement, he added that the St. Kitts and Nevis government will have public consultations on the issue. Regarding the country’s economic prospects, notable progress has also been made.
Significantly, the prime minister has played a part in bringing about a 60% reduction in the region’s deficit. Additionally, the government increased government employees’ salary by 8%.
Notably, as a Christmas bonus, all civil servants, government auxiliary employees (GAES), pensioners, and step workers received 50% of their bonus pay.
In addition, every other employee received a 500 EC bonus and a 1000 EC savings account for each child.
