400 dead bodies remain unidentified in Kharkiv since Russia-Ukraine War began

The identification of the dead bodies is taking place in Kharkiv, where the bodies of Ukrainian citizens were kept in abandoned trains and other isolated locations.

Iryna Voichuk, a Twitter user @ IrynaVoichuk, shared a picture of some medical personnel wearing PPE kits assisting Ukrainian residents in identifying the dead bodies who died due to Russian missile strikes.

Another Russian missile struck a residential building in Kharkiv on Sunday, January 29. The attack occurred at 11 p.m. yesterday when a Russian S-300 missile hit a residential installation. Locals have reported that there will be casualties and injuries, but there has been no confirmation of exact numbers.

199 bodies have been identified since the beginning of work on the de-occupied territories, which were discovered in mass graves, streets, and houses. More than 400 bodies have yet to be identified.

The image is a living example of Russian atrocities against innocent Ukrainians since the invasion began on February 24. All the bodies recovered from the debris and stored in locomotives are civilians killed in missile attacks. They have no military ties and no active military in the areas where the missile landed.

Russia has been consistently targeting Ukrainian residential areas, resulting in numerous casualties. According to the Ukrainian defence ministry, a missile struck an apartment building in Kharkiv, destroying an entire floor. Rescue efforts are currently underway.

President Zelensky recently expressed gratitude to Western allies for providing Ukraine with Leopard 2 tanks. He stated that Ukraine is grateful for this, but it is insufficient.

According to the Ukrainian President, Russia has continuously targeted Ukraine’s civilian regions and will not stop. He urged the West and the United States to send long-range missiles to Ukraine to strike inside Russia.

The primary goal of this demand is to target Russia’s arsenal and missile facilities to limit Russia’s ability to launch continuous missile strikes.
