PM Drew emphasizes St. Kitts and Nevis’ unity while putting development at first

St. Kitts and Nevis: The PM Drew of St. Kitts and Nevis and Premier Mark Brantley of Nevis discussed the specifics needed to create a sustainable island in the cabinet talks. The PM focused much of the debate on the idea that people from St. Kitts and Nevis are one people and ought to cooperate.

The primary subject of discussion within the collaboration is the geothermal project. Furthermore, emphasizing the unity of St. Kitts and Nevis, he emphasized that cooperative efforts will result in continuous progress and prosperity.

In keeping with it, the Prime Minister met this week with Konris Maynard, the Minister of Energy, who stated that the government is heading in the right direction. The PM also stated that residents of Nevis will have access to the same opportunities as residents of St. Kitts.

“We want to embark on a number of initiatives where we can collaborate and make sure that the benefits come to both the people in the country,” stated Prime Minister Drew in light of this.

In addition, he stated that residents of St. Kitts can take advantage of the CT scan facility located on Nevis. In a same vein, Nevis residents can travel to any St. Kitts facility to take use of its offerings. “St. Kitts and Nevis is one country,” the authorities continued as they collaborated.

The prime minister also made note of the fact that all national activities will be made with the twin islands in mind in order to best serve the citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis.
