Saint Lucia: Prime Minister Phillip J. Pierre informs parents to work for betterment of their children

Saint Lucian Politician and Prime Minister Phillip J. Pierre took over his social media handle informing parents of one of the goals to ensure their children have a secure and promising future. He also says as parents, one must try to remember the importance of guiding them in the right direction spiritually and within all aspects of life.

Prime Minister Phillip J. Pierre also informs about the wordings of Deuteronomy 6:6-7, a fifth Book of the Christian Testament that says, “These directions that I give you today are to be in your hearts. Inspire them in your children. Communicate about them drop off and when you get up.”

The Prime Minister said, “This verse reminds us that we should prepare our children about the Lord’s commandments daily and lead them in the right direction”.

Also, Prime Minister Phillip J. Pierre asks people to Let’s work together to ensure that every child in this country, no matter where they live or their background, can succeed.

Reportedly, Prime Minister Phillip J. Pierre has been presenting himself as the Prime Minister of Saint Lucia since July 28, 2021; Prime Minister Phillip J. Pierre has also served as the Minister of Finance, Minister of Economic Development, and Minister of Youth Development. Also, Prime Minister Phillip J. Pierre has been a leader of the Saint Lucian Labour Party since June 18, 2016. Since 1997, he has represented the Castries of east Constituency in the House of Assembly.

From 1997 to 2000, Prime Minister Phillip J. Pierre served previously as the Minister for Tourism, Civil Aviation and International Financial Services; from 2011 to 2016, he also presented himself as the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Infrastructure, Minister for Port Services and Transports.
