St Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew was pleasured to visit the Warner Park Stadium last night (Wednesday), August 23, 2023, to meet his team and wish them all the best for their tournament.
Reportedly, the Cricket players from the St Kitts and Nevis Cricket Team are currently on their cricket Tournament, Caribbean Premier League 2023, which is scheduled to emerge in various parts of the Caribbeans from Wednesday, August 16, 2023, till September 5, 2023.
Yesterday night, Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew visited the Warner Park Sporting Complex to cheer his team, St Kitts and Nevis Patriots. He wished his team all the luck and success in their journey.
After the match, he also shared a picture on his official social media handle to honour his team, with a caption stating, “#CPL2023 Cricket match, Patriots vs Tallawahs at Warner Park Cricket Stadium last night.”
The test match was held between St Kitts and Nevis and Jamaica Tallawahs at Warner Park Sports Stadium in Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis.
The St Kitts and Nevis played their first match after being abandoned from various games. At the same time, for Jamaica Tallawahs, it was their second appearance after their first face-off with the St Lucia Kings on Wednesday, August 16, 2023.
