St Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister Terrance Drew shared the moment with Prince Mohammed bin Sakman AL Saud, Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
A light moment shared by the PM of St Kitts and Nevis was connected to the Saudi- Arabia CARICOM summit.
The Summit was held between Saud Arabia and Caribbean regions in which ministers from various countries gave their presence.
In this summit, St Kitts and Nevis became the second country in the Caribbean to sign an investment project (Memorandum of Understanding).
The project got signed during the summit in Riyadh. Moreover, the Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Saudi agreed on investing the amount for the progress and development for expanding the Power Plant Project.
The project will provide aid in strengthening the relationships between St Kitts and Nevis and Saudi Arabia. Considerably, the inflows will encourage and boost the trade and investment of the nation which directly leads towards economic sustainability.
Moving ahead, the focus areas for the summit were education, scholarship, business, trade, investment, connectivity, health, energy, tourism; all these were discussed widely during the meeting.
Also, a special investment roundtable was held during the meeting where the multilateral and bilateral trade with the business professionals. This discussion resulted in a fruitful decision of the investment between the countries.
PM Terrance Drew in this regard even appreciated the efforts of the Saudi – Arabia authorities. Also, the shared light moment ended up with a wonderful dinner and thoughtful conversations.
Prime Minister Terrance Drew even highlighted that it was the first time he had Camel Milk. Overall, the Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis concluded the visit successful as the positive results were all which came out from the discussion.
