A Solemn ceremony was held in Glasgow, Scotland, part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Monday, June 26, 2023, with representatives from the 18 participating countries. The ceremony was dedicated to beginning the training complex within the Sea Breeze series of studies.
