St Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister Dr. Terrance Drew extended his pleasure and thanked all the BEAD company and the staff members at the Water Department for working efficiently to resolve the water situation in the community. He also assured people to provide continuous support and assistance.
While updating the audience about the water situation in Cayon, Prime Minister Dr. Terrance Drew shared, “We have more good news for the residents of Cayon and surrounding communities, not only has the preliminary testing shown that the water discovered is potable, but it has also shown that there is more water in the area than anticipated.”
He extended his pleasure and gratitude to all the Bead and other staff members at the Water Department for their dedication and hard work in their efforts to resolve the water situation. He also shared that there are still many more tests to test the water.
Further, Prime Minister Dr Terrance assured people about the Government’s commitment to find practical situations. He added, “We understand the inconvenience and challenges this situation has posed for many of you, and we are committed to finding swift and effective solutions.”
He also assured people that the Government will continue to arrange for temporary water supply to be delivered to various locations throughout the community to provide people with the necessary resources.
Furthermore, he also assured people to provide regular updates and efficient assistance. “Rest assured, my team and I are dedicated to keeping you informed about our progress. Regular updates will be shared through official channels, and we encourage you to reach out if you have any questions or require assistance,” he asserted.
