Within the framework of the event dedicated to Tbilisi, the organizers offered visitors installations depicting different parts of Georgia, where guests had the opportunity to learn about the culture of the regions of Georgia and local cuisine, as well as the history and culture of Georgian wine production.
A concert was held in Tbilisi where St. Creation of Georgian folk ensembles operating in Barcelona, including the participation of students of the Georgian Sunday school named after “St. Antimoz Ivereli”.

In his speech, Vladimir Kontantinid noted the great contribution of the diaspora in promoting Georgia and strengthening the country’s image in the countries where they are located, and thanked them for organizing such a large-scale cultural event.
Within the framework of the visit, the Georgian delegation took part in the sports competition organized by the Georgian Boxing Club “Iberia” on October 10, in which representatives of the Georgian diaspora (members of the club) and local athletes took part. It should be noted that the club “Iberia” won the grant program of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – “Support of Diaspora Initiatives”, with the project – “Georgian Sports in Europe”, the project presented by the club aims to popularize Georgian sports. Other sports events are also planned within the project.
